CONIEX S.A., as a company specialised in surface treatment processes, has fully equipped laboratories to carry out all kinds of tests on vibration, industrial washing and degreasing, washing and jetting processes . The CONIEX headquarters in Palau - Solità i Plegamans in Barcelona has a laboratory dedicated to vibratory finishing processes, as well as industrial washing and degreasing processes. At the Urnieta headquarters in the Basque Country, the company has a laboratory dedicated to washing and jet treatment processes.

Vibration laboratory tests

The CONIEX vibration laboratory has all kinds of vibration equipment, circular, rectangular and turbo, with more than 250 references of ceramic, porcelain, polyester or urea abrasives, steel balls, as well as our entire range of chemical products specifically designed for vibration.

Blasting and blasting laboratory tests

The Coniex Urnieta (Guipuzkoa) laboratory has venturi blasting machines and direct pressure blasting facilities where all kinds of tests related to washing and blast treatment of different materials and part topologies can be performed or simulated.

Washing and Degreasing Laboratory Tests

The washing and degreasing laboratory is equipped to perform tests on all kinds of processes related to washing and degreasing industrial parts. The tests that can be carried out will allow the best solution to be found for the usual needs of component manufacturing companies.
