GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF WASHERS:

• Machines consisted by an automatic continuous transport of the pieces through an endless stainless steel or alternatively "moplen";
• Entrance of the pieces through a hopper, for restriction, immersing the parts in the bath, and selection of the pieces load;
• Immersion system of the pieces before sprinkler jets to emulsify oils and greases;
• Separation of solid waste such as swarf, through a 500 micron filter coupled, retaining all residues;
• Station projection (spraying) of hot water to clear pieces;
• Projection of hot air for drying;
• Adjustable feedrate;
• Water heat: electric or gas resistances;
• Air heat:  electric;
• Automatic level of reservoirs;
